Appointment in the SMS Servicio Murciano de Salud (Murcia Health Service)

To make an appointment with the Murcian Health Service, all you have to do is follow these steps:

1. Enter the SMS Servicio Murciano de Salud website which is as follows: https://sms.carm.es/cmap/
   
   
2. Click on the button “Access to previous appointment”.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your Health Card number (in the format CARMXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and click on “Enter”.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. We select the type of appointment as required (in this case we request a medical appointment).
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. We select whether we want a face-to-face or a telephone appointment (in this case we will select a telephone appointment for the example).
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. The system will automatically give us an appointment. If it is the one you want, click on “Confirm appointment”, if not, click on “Change appointment” and choose a new date and time.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. If we click on “Change appointment”, then we only have to select the desired date and time and click on “Next”, and on the next screen, we click on “Confirm”, so that the appointment is saved.
