About the project

The purpose of the project is to teach the operation of basic services for citizens.

Digital tools allow us to manage more and more aspects of our daily lives with unprecedented ease and customization. Therefore, many basic day-to-day services can be managed from a cell phone.

According to the Comprehensive National Strategy for Homeless People 2015-2020, the gap and digital illiteracy in a population of maximum vulnerability is increasing significantly. These people will need to learn digital skills in the processes of socio-labor insertion in an increasingly technological society.

This project was created to improve the digital literacy of people in situations of social exclusion and to respond to the bureaucratic overload generated today by the majority of procedures and formalities to access basic care services, such as: requesting a medical appointment, requesting an appointment at the SEF, requesting an appointment with the Social Worker of your local UTS or the organization’s Social Worker, etc.
